Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large freight items, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient home pickup window.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
